Privacy, in plain language.

TerraEd is designed to help students and families compare neighbourhoods before choosing housing. We collect only what is needed to operate the report experience, improve the product, and process requests.

What we may collect

• Anonymous site analytics such as page views, referrers, browser/device type, and general location.
• Report request details such as campus, city, selected address text, and payment status when checkout is used.
• Email address only when you enter it for access, checkout, support, or follow-up.

Address privacy

Address query parameters are redacted before being sent to Vercel Analytics. Reports still need the address and coordinates in the browser URL so the demo can render the map and local data.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe when live checkout is enabled. TerraEd does not store card numbers.
